Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: August 7, 2026

This policy explains when a refund may be available for a purchase made on mindtheory.in. Because everything we sell is a digital product delivered instantly, our approach is a little different from a physical-goods store — here's exactly how it works.

All our products are digital and delivered instantly on purchase. Because of this, we generally don't offer refunds simply for a change of mind once a download link has been issued — but we do want you to actually get what you paid for. See below for when a refund is available.

When a Refund May Be Available

We'll consider a refund if:

  • The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or genuinely doesn't match what was described on the product page.
  • You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical or payment error.
  • You never received a working download link and we're unable to fix or re-issue it after being contacted.

If any of these happens, tell us — most issues (a bad link, a missing file) can be fixed immediately by re-issuing your download through our order lookup page, without needing a refund at all.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us through our Contact page and select "Refund" as the category. Include your order number (from your receipt or confirmation email) and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Razorpay, our payment processor. Once approved, refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer — this timing is set by the banking system, not by us, and we can't speed it up on our end once it's submitted.

Cancellations

Since digital products are delivered instantly on purchase, there's no order to "cancel" after checkout completes — a completed purchase is handled under the refund process above, not a separate cancellation process.
