These Terms & Conditions govern your use of mindtheory.in and everything on it — articles, quotes, resources, ebooks, Mind Builders printables, assessments, and the Digital Store. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

What Mind Theory Is

Mind Theory is a psychology education and content platform. We publish articles, quotes, and resources; sell digital products (ebooks, printables, and similar downloadable goods) through our Store; and offer free, self-guided educational assessments. There is no user account system for visitors — purchases are tracked by email and order number, and you can look up your own past orders anytime via our order lookup page.

Digital Purchases

Products sold through our Store and Mind Builders are digital goods, delivered instantly via download link after payment is confirmed. Download links are time-limited for security, but can be re-issued anytime through our order lookup page using the email and order number from your purchase. Purchased digital products are licensed for your own personal (or, for Mind Builders printables, your household/classroom) use — not for resale, redistribution, or public sharing of the files themselves.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens if something goes wrong with a purchase.

Assessments

Our self-assessments are free, educational, self-reflection tools — not clinical instruments. Scoring happens entirely in your browser; we never see your answers or results. Assessment results are not saved anywhere and cannot be recovered after you leave the page.

Acceptable Use

Please don't attempt to interfere with the site's operation, submit spam or abusive content through our contact form, attempt to access admin systems you're not authorized to use, or scrape/republish our content wholesale without permission.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — articles, quotes, resources, printables, and site design — is owned by Mind Theory or used with permission, unless otherwise noted. Purchasing a digital product gives you a license to use it as described above, not ownership of the underlying content or the right to redistribute it.

Limitation of Liability

We provide this site and its content "as is." While we do our best to keep information accurate and the site running smoothly, we can't guarantee it will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly suited to your specific situation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mind Theory isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
